déi Lénk would like to congratulate the comrades of the British Labour Party to the election of Jeremy Corbyn as their new leader. Jeremy Corbyn was elected based on a clear anti-austerity and anti-war program, promoting social welfare and environmental sustainability. This is a victory not only against the pre-dominant ideology of thatcherism, but also against the blairite tendency of the right wing of the Labour Party, as well as the ideologues of national chauvinism represented by UKIP and BNP - and as such for the people of Britain.
